Roe from ancient times, elaborated in Mauritania (Africa) and Las Palmas. Brought from Alicante fishermen who fished in those waters for years. Due to lack of presence in the market in the last two decades has not been continued and the aging of consumers this has become unknown. It can only be found at selling points of much tradition. Its texture is rough with a strong intense flavour.
